The 2026 Citi Bike User Survey Thank You Drawing ("Drawing") is sponsored and administered by M+M Strategies ("Sponsor") in connection with the 2026 Citi Bike User Survey, which is being conducted on behalf of the New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT).

The NYC DOT is not responsible for the administration of the Drawing or the distribution of prizes.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Participation in the Drawing is voluntary.

The Drawing is open to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
• Participate in the 2026 Citi Bike Survey (via email invitation or in-person street intercept); and
• Complete the survey during the Promotion Period.

Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of M+M Strategies and any organizations directly involved in administering the survey are not eligible to participate.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Eligible participants may complete the survey via either the email outreach or street team outreach; regardless of collection method, only one (1) entry per completed eligible survey is permitted.

The Drawing begins on July 20, 2026 and ends on August 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Only completed surveys submitted during the Promotion Period are eligible.

To enter:

1. Complete the 2026 Citi Bike User Survey during the Promotion Period.

2. At the end of the survey, you'll have the opportunity to provide your contact information to enter the Sweepstakes.

Providing contact information is optional. Survey responses and Drawing entry information will be maintained separately to help protect respondent confidentiality. Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified.

Twenty five (25) winners will each receive one (1) $200 gift card.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

• Each Prize: $200
• Total Prize Value: $5,000

Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 

Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing each week from eligible entries received during that week's survey period. Weekly drawings will be conducted within approximately five (5) business days after the close of each weekly entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided on the prize entry form. Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification.

If a selected winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• fails to respond within the required timeframe;
• is determined to be ineligible; or
• declines the prize,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Survey responses will be used only for research purposes and reported in aggregate. Contact information collected for the Drawing will be used solely to administer the Drawing unless participants separately consent to receive future communications.Survey responses will not be linked to participants' prize entry information.

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Comply with these Official Rules;
• Accept the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding regarding all matters related to the Drawing; and
• Release M+M Strategies, NYC DOT, and their respective employees, officers, contractors, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Drawing or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the Drawing.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries;
• Technical failures of any kind;
• Unauthorized intervention or fraud; or
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Drawing.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.

The Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
